  9. Subject: problems with dvipsk-5.55a on DEC ALPHA

  12. I have installed dvipsk-5.55a on a DEC running:  OSF1 riopel.eecs.umich.edu 1.2 10 alpha.  
  13. dvips works but doesn't give me the banner info or the option info
  14. that it should if I type dvips by itself.  (I used gcc.)
  15.  
  16. What can I do to rectify this problem?
